Dr. Jessica Barnes presides over her Well Woman Clinic each Thursday at The Fitzwilliam Square D2 Medical Centre, from the hours of 9 am to 5 pm. Dr. Barnes, an illustrious alumna of University College Dublin, having graduated in the year 2011, commenced her medical odyssey with an internship, subsequently embarking on a sojourn to Perth, Australia, where she garnered invaluable experience in the realm of emergency medicine. Upon her repatriation to Ireland, she matriculated into the UCD/Mid Leinster vocational GP training scheme.
Throughout the extensive continuum of her training, Dr. Barnes has amassed a wealth of experience traversing various medical disciplines, inclusive of Pediatrics, General Medicine, Psychiatry, Geriatric Medicine, and Emergency Medicine, all within the eminent hospitals of Dublin. Dr. Noelle Casey conducts her Well Woman Clinic every Tuesday at The Fitzwilliam Square D2 Medical Centre, operating from 9 am to 5 pm. Dr. Casey graduated from University College Dublin in 2009. Following her internship at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, she expanded her expertise by spending a year in Sydney, Australia, working in emergency medicine. Upon her return to Ireland, she completed her medical memberships with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI) and subsequently trained in the UCD/Mid Leinster vocational GP training scheme.
Dr. Casey accrued extensive experience in Vancouver, Canada, where she practiced as a Family Physician for nearly two years before returning to Ireland in 2020. She has a particular interest in women’s health and holds a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London. Additionally, she is trained in Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptives (LARC) and is proficient in the insertion and removal of subdermal implants. Andrew Watson
Andrew Watson, a Certified Athletic Therapist, and Chartered Physiotherapist, boasts an impressive array of qualifications and experience in the field of sports medicine. With a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation and a BSc in Physiotherapy, both earned with honors, as well as an MSc in Sports Medicine from the esteemed University of Glasgow under the mentorship of Prof. Stuart Hillis, Andrew’s academic pedigree is formidable.
As the lead practitioner and chartered physiotherapist at Raglan Sports Medicine within D2 Medical alongside Dr. John J. Ryan, Andrew has honed his expertise through years of hands-on practice. His professional journey includes a stint as a rehabilitation specialist at the Raglan Clinic, working closely with Dr. Conor P. O’Brien, a Consultant Neurophysiologist and Physician in Sports and Exercise Medicine.
Andrew’s commitment to continuous learning and advancement is evident in his additional certifications, including his status as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and his accreditation with BASRaT. Moreover, his distinction as one of the first Athletic Therapists in the country accredited by the Irish Sports Council and accepted onto the High-Performance Panel of Performance Sports Services speaks to his dedication to excellence.
Throughout his career, Andrew has treated and trained individuals from diverse backgrounds, including elite athletes who competed in the Beijing Olympics in 2008. Despite his rigorous professional commitments, Andrew remains deeply involved in rugby, serving as the Head of Physiotherapy for Suttonians RFC since 2010 and consulting for other sports teams in Dublin.

Nurse Anne-Marie Tyrrell inaugurated her tenure at D2 Medical in the month of July 2023, bringing forth an extensive reservoir of experience and expertise. A distinguished alumna of the Mater Hospital, Nurse Tyrrell has dedicated the lion’s share of the preceding 25 years to her vocation at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, with a predominant focus on the oncology services domain.
In her relentless pursuit of knowledge and professional augmentation, Nurse Tyrrell completed a Higher Diploma in Cancer Care in the year 2017. During this epoch, she rendered significant contributions to both inpatient and daycare oncology units, thereby manifesting her unwavering commitment to delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to patients embroiled in the battle against cancer. In the face of the exigencies posed by the COVID pandemic, Nurse Tyrrell adeptly redirected her focus towards Occupational Health, thereby further diversifying and enriching her professional portfolio.
