Dr Jessica Barnes. MB.BCH.BAO MICGP Diploma in Obs and Gyn London (every Thursday)
Dr Jessica Barnes runs her Well Woman Clinic on a Thursday at The D2 Medical 4 Fitzwilliam Square East Dublin 2 from 9 am to 5pm. Jessica graduated from University College Dublin in 2011. After her internship, Dr Barnes spent a year working in Perth Australia, in emergency medicine before returning to Ireland to commence the UCD/Mid Leinster vocational GP training scheme. Dr Barnes worked in Peadiatrics, General Medicine, Psychiatry, Medicine for the Elderly and Emergency Medicine in Dublin hospitals prior to graduation from the Leinster GP scheme. Jessica has a special interest in women’s health and holds a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London. She is trained in LARC (Long Acting Reversible Contracepives) and can insert/remove subdermal implants.
Dr Caoimhe Daly MICGP MB.BCH BAO Diploma in Obs and Gyn London (every Wednesday)
Dr Caoimhe Daly runs her Well Woman Clinic at the D2 Medical 4 Fitzwilliam Square East every Wednesday from 9am to 5pm. She is a graduate of University College Dublin and the Leinster GP training scheme. She also has a certificate in contraception from the ICGP and is a specialist in the insertion of both mirena and copper coils. Dr Daly has did all her hospital rotations in Dublin hospitals in the areas of Emergency Medicine, Peadiatrics, General Medicine, Psychiatry and Endocrinology. She has also trained in Austraila at the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth. Dr Daly also inserts and removes the subdermal contraceptive implant Implanon.
Dr Maeve Cummins MB.BCh.BAO MICGP DOWH runs her Well Woman Clinic on a Tuesday
Dr Maeve Cummins is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway. Following her internship, Dr Cummins completed two years of training in hospital medicine in the Dublin region before commencing the RCSI GP training scheme. On completion of her GP training, Dr Cummins was presented the Ellard Eppel Award from the Irish College of General Practitioners for the top grade achieved in the MICGP examinations.
Dr Cummins has a diploma in obstetrics and women’s health from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and a European Certificate in Palliative Care. She is also trained in insertion and removal of subdermal implants.
