Privacy Statement

For any patients who wish to have a paper copy of their results, the practice kindly asks that you submit a written request and send in a stamped addressed envelope to the practice. Our practice will not send any results by email as is as it is not secure. Without the stamped addressed envelope the practice will be unable to send out a paper copy of your results. We do not charge an administration fee for this.
